"Despite the few bugs in the online designer, the process is fairly easy. The cards came out beautiful, and I get compliments on them from other vendors. I always tell them where it got them! People really notice the thickness. I think so many cards that are desktop printed feel cheap because they're not coated and therefore thin. The feeling of a marketing piece in a customer's hand says a lot about the success (or lack thereof) if your business, and your ability to pay attention to detail. When I hear comments about your competitor, the one that starts with a V and always offers free cards, I'm quick to point out that when you add all the BS charges (like using their interactive designer or adding a glossy finish) they're actually more expensive. And I personally find that approach super annoying. I feel like I've been duped and no one likes to feel that way. I don't mind paying a fair price for something of quality. Your customer service is great too, by the way. When I couldn't find a totally blank card template to use (much easier to upload my pics and data there, than trying to create it in another program and fiddle with all the cutting tolerances, etc.) I called in, and the woman who answered was able to direct me to find the blank template immediately. (It is seriously in such a weird place, tho!) Thanks for doing a great job! I appreciate it and will continue to recommend you to others!"
"I ordered envelops on 9/26/2013 and paid for expedited shipping to get it to me on or before 10/4/2013. It is now 10/14/2013 and I still have no envelopes. They have "lost" my order four different times now. I waited on hold for a combined 2.5 hours, one of those being a solid 1 hour 40 minutes. After that long hold the third time, they customer service rep informed me there was a "VIP" number to call so you wouldn't have to wait long. (Its still a good 10 minute wait before anyone picks up) 1-***-***-**** is the number.
I will say the 1st time they screwed up, they refunded the money I paid for expedited shipping, not the full shipping amount, just about and beyond the normal amount. They have to save something for the next time they screw up.
And thats what they did the second time is refund me the money. They told me it would be delivered by 10/09/2013.
Of course it didn't come in.
So the promise of being delivered by 10/11/2013 and at the latest 10/14/2013 was given to me. Well its now 10/14/2013 and still no envelopes. They inform me that they will be able to "overnight" (ironic I know) them to me and have them available to me tomorrow 10/15/2013. This is also the first they have offered complete nextday air, everything else has been 2day air... coming in sub-par as usually.
As I am writing this review, I received another email explaining they have over promised and underperformed.... again.... Unbelievable.

Dear Jeremy,
Thank you for your call earlier today. I have gone ahead and reprinted your order. The reason I am contacting you is because I failed to remember that it takes at least 24 hours to print envelopes due to them needing to have the glue put on the back. I accidentally provided you with false information about your expected delivery date. You will actually be receiving your order on Wednesday, October 16th NOT tomorrow again due to the turn around time of at least 24 hours for envelopes. If you would not like to wait until Wednesday I understand and I can go ahead and process the refund you "
"Initial order had an error which the designer offered to correct and promised to have it to me a day later than org ship date (which was the 3rd). Order arrived and was too dark to read text. Called and the gentleman was polite and apologetic, exlained it was printing error and would fix the prob.,then sent me example before sending to print. Promised it would be delivered by the 9th.
I then received an email stating there was yet another error and ship date was pushed back yet again. I Called and encountered a very rude customer service man who sighed at the beginning of the phone call and was rude from then on. I expressed how rude he was and told him I no longer wanted to speak with him and hung up. Now it will be 7 days past my org ship date because it was end of business day.
I did receive package on the 10th. 6 days less for me to advertise the event not incl weekend. Sadly dissappointed since you were recommended.
