1: My graphic designer told me the default finish was matte, but the cards came in a shiny matte finish. Going back to the site, i see that is the default. Unfortunately, not what i wanted.
2: cards are really very thick (and again, I did not order any but the standard paper weight), which lets me get fewer than ten cards into my pocket metal card case......
3. Background red color ink does not lay evenly; it has a slightly striated quality.
With these issues, I probably would not use OP again.

"It's called OvernightPrints, but the only way to actually get them overnight is to pay a HUGE sum of money. Projects seem to take longer if you use the cheaper shipping methods. Also, my order was somehow only PARTIALLY sent to me. I called in and was unable to get any reason for the error, and was never notified of any problems with the printing, which appeared to be the error. Instead of completing the order and mailing it separately, it just wasn't sent. When i called in to complain, after quite some time on the phone, a customer service rep had to call the printing offices directly to make sure they reprinted the portion that was not completed and sent it out overnight, fortunately at no extra charge to me. But seriously... an email or something to catch the error in the printing could have saved a lot of trouble and the delay on the completion of my order. Not impressed with the communication between departments and customers in that regard. "

"I orderd my prints on 9/25/13 and still have not received them. The expected delivery date for my cards is 10/14/13 which means that from the time I placed the order to the time I receive them is 19 days. I called to inquire why they were "waiting to be printed" for so long and the rep told me that priority orders were in front of me. That made me feel like an unimportant customer. I told the rep I had run out of cards and needed them shipped. The rep said he would transfer me to the VIP line, because my account says I am a VIP, but I sure wasn't treated like one. Well I held for 25 minutes, and he never came back and I was never transfered. I figured he didn't know how/or want to help me. I have doing business with ONP for a long time and I have never experienced this. I order from ONP because of the quality and service I receive, but this has definately changed my mind. When peopel ask me where I get my cards made, I give them your web address. I won't be doing that again. There is A LOT of competition out there and I am loyal as long as I am treated as an important business partner. I was not and I will be getting my cards some where else. What boggle the mind is that I provide the art, at their specifications, and htey can't get printed for over 2 weeks. Makes no sense."
"When I clicked the "somehwat dissatisfied" box, I didn't know which order it was referring to. This order was fine. The 2 subsequent orders were very disappointing, because after announcing lower shipping rates, ONP also changed shipping methods. So for years, I have counted on an easily trackable package and knew it was 2 days from shipment to delivery. These 2 orders have still not been delivered, almost a week after shipment. I really don't know when they will arrive, doubt they will get there by the promised date and can't track it. My clients are upset and that doesn't help my business. I thought the lower proces came with the same great service. If it doesn't, there's nothing to brag about...or at least let your customers know, so they make informed delivery decisions. Having said all of this. I have been otherwise pretty happy with UNP."
"The first order was messed up due to some sort of printer malfunction, but Overnight Prints made it right. They gave us a credit, including shipping and return shipping. I made a new order, got the new set, and it's great! Will definitely use them again. Their prices are good, but their customer service is even better!"
