"The only concern was feeling misled on the shipping charges. The regular shipping put delivery about 2 weeks out, then the next level up was significantly shorter turnaround, so I paid for the upgrade. The items arrived ahead of time, which made me very happy :-) but I felt a little swindled on the shipping pressure.

Overall, 5 stars for the online interface and quality of the printing - I'm telling all my friends and coworkers about what a great service you provide!

"Job had to be reprinted 3 times due to errors at OvernightPrints, and we have not yet received the last printing, although we believe they have been shipped.

Since the cards feature a special offer good only for October, we have lost a week during which we have not have correctly printed cards.

We feel that your customer service has been very responsive, but your quality control system appears to be flawed."
