"The ordering process was easy and the product came on time.
The color was a little off but I can live with it, it isn't as vibrant as I wanted. Also the gloss finish isn't as glossy as I had from other companies.
Overall I was satisfied and would recommend Overnight Prints.

"Submitted this from a third-party designer who did some pretty ugly work, but wanted it printed "as is." I received a call from quality control shortly after submitting. "Overnightprints used to be very good with delivery dates until recently that they started using a new shipper for some parts of the country called NORCO every-time NORCO is the shipper my orders are late 4 or 5 days.

Last time I placed an order for a show and it got 5 days later when the show had passed... they did not call to say they were not going to meet the delivery date. They offered to give me a refund on the shipping but I had NO MATERIAL for my show and that made me loose a lot more money than a $10 Norco Shipment.

I suggest Overnightprint to change back to using FedEx or UPS because NORCO is messing up the company!

"My order was supposed to arrive on a Friday. I called to complain, and after waiting on hold to talk to a human being for 24 minutes, was told I would receive a credit for the shipping price on a future order (so I would HAVE to place a future order if I wanted any compensation). My order was then 3 days late, and incomplete when I received it on Monday. When I did receive my order, it was all wrong -- many items were cut crooked, some had bent corners, were off center, had black marks. The other part of the order was sent separately, which I received on Tuesday. The cards I ordered were not even scored, so they were also worthless to me as I could not resell them. I emailed photos and complained on Monday, and was told the order would be reprinted and sent out the very next day. The woman I talked to that time was actually very helpful, but I do not know why she told me the order would be reprinted overnight and sent out right away so I would receive it on Wednesday, because then I received an email from Overnight Prints saying it would be sent the FOLLOWING Monday. I never even received a Fed Ex tracking number. On Wednesday, I called and talked to someone who told me the order had not even been printed yet, and was scheduled to be shipped the following Monday, as was stated in their email, even though the woman I talked to told me it would be reprinted and expedited overnight.. The man I talked to did not seem to care at all about my order, nor my dissatisfaction, and was not helpful, and only apologized at the end of the conversation as we were hanging up. This time, I spent over an hour on the phone between hold times and talking to 2 different people. I had to explain the problem to the same man 3 different times, supposedly this was a higher up in the company. Out of frustration and fear my order would never be right, I finally just asked him to cancel my order. I felt there was inadequate effort to try and rectify the situation. I will never order from them again. They gave me a return label to ship the original order back to them, which I will. This experience has cost me lost sales and lost time. Worst printing experience ever, and absolute worst customer service experience I have dealt with in years."

"Well, it took a little more time than just "overnight" to get my business cards and that is why the 4 stars. Other than that, I am very happy with the results. Great looking finished product. The set up and design on their website is great! It is very user friendly and allows the person to change fonts, sizes, move fields, etc. I would recommend Overnight Prints and will order from them again. "
