"I have had pretty good results with your company the quality of your cards is great the only issue I have is that even though the proof shows centered when I receive the cards like 3 times now they look very un centered it has caused me to stop designing layout that may have a frame or boxed graphic because their is such a noticeable difference from side to side. My last order of cards is so bad that my husband wont even hand them out. I was suppose to have my account credited for 2000 cards but it never happened I was hoping this last order would automatically apply the credit but it didn't...."

"I am typically satisfied with the quality of products I receive from you but in this case there was a mistake. The business cards I ordered were supposed to have a different front and back side but when we received them both sides are the same. This is the second time this year we have had a mistake on our orders which never happened in the past. I'm not sure if you changed something on the quality control side in your company but I thought it was a good idea to bring this to your attention. Also I have had problems with re-ordering items and making changes on the cards or quantities. I used to have this problem before you changed your website. The problem went away for a while but is back now. I don't know if there is anything you can do about that but again, I thought I'd mention it.

"I submitted this order on 8/30. When another order I submitted at a later date came first, I went back to look at my account. THIS order said it had a problem and had not been sent to the printer. No notification was sent to me telling me I had to check the file and resubmit. The only reason I found out about it was I had checked. I canceled and resubmitted the file on 9/06....it's now 9/16 and the order is still waiting to be printed. I need this order for a show I am doing in 3 weeks and I expected to have this order by now. I'm disappointed, as I've always had very good experiences with Overnight Prints."
