My regular printing company dropped the ball. Even though they assured me that the order would arrive on the date I needed, it was shipped too late and would not arrive until 2 days AFTER the even I needed them for.

"I have been using Overnight Prints for nearly 3 years, placing 3-4 orders a month. They were very good until recently of the last 3 orders 2 were shipped late and they never bothered to let me know -- I have to keep checking the tracking numbers. I called and they said their system isn't set up to let anyone know a job will be shipped late -- really!? -- in today's world!? The most recent job was to be delivered on Monday -- it didn't even ship until Tuesday and they shipped it regular ground. I have "VIP" status there which means little other than a slightly better price. Not sure why their service/delivery has become so poor, but I caution you if you have "drop dead date" you might want to trust another source. I know that's what I've had to do."
