"WORST QUALITY PRINTING I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED! DO NOT USE!!!!

I had a simple order of business cards with a spot gloss on matte paper. When received the spot gloss was about a half inch off! I contacted them and they reprinted, but did not received for a about a month......when I got the new ones, they had printed it on a glossy paper, which defeated the purpose of printing with a spot gloss. Again, I contacted them and they reprinted again.

After waiting yet another month to receive the reprinted cards (even though I request the shipment to be expedited, AND THEY SAID YES), they had printed one side glossy and the other not. This time when I contacted them to have it fixed, they refused to reprint again. They did offer to issue a full refund, so I shipped the defected cards back to them and have WAITED OVER A MONTH AND STILL HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A REFUND! NOW I'M OUT MY MONEY AND THE PRODUCT!!"

"As a business owner it's important to get things done right and if the customer is not happy with the quality or there is error- FIX IT! That's exactly what happened when I ordered from Overnightprints.com. A set of business cards I ordered for my employee had multiple lines on all of the cards, I emailed the support team and within minutes had a response and situation handled. I am not receiving new cards that I can guarantee will be correct. I will continue to order through them and there quality, customer service and price will keep me coming back and not going to vistaprint again."

"I've been using Overnight Prints for about 2 years. I'm a little surprised at some of the lower ratings here. For the price, their quality can't be beat - I know; I'm constantly looking. After a couple dozen orders for different clients, I've only had two products that I had any complaints about: Once they sent the wrong sized envelopes for postcards I ordered (they replaced them free of charge), and once their tonality of color didn't exactly match between envelopes and letterhead. In this case, it was a pretty tough match to make (I've had worse matches with other printers), and the client was still pleased, so I didn't worry with replacing it.
Overnight Prints has been my go-to company for relatively quick and cheap prints. FYI - I almost NEVER use their "overnight" printing service; shipping is just way too expensive... but that's not really their fault. Shipping anything overnight is a pretty hefty charge, no matter who you're working with."

The name overnight prints is a flat out lie. I choose standard shipping and turn around time and never received my order by the date the system said. I went with gotprint.com and my order has already been approved and should be here within 4 days without me paying an arm and a leg for rush printing!"
