You have about a 50% chance that their automated system will automate the canceling of your print order, and that it will be lost in limbo, and they will just hang onto your money and not contact you. Then, when YOU call them to see why the status of your order hasn't changed in over a week, it will be YOU notifying THEM that your order is canceled. But rest assured, they will OFFER NOTHING to compensate you for holding up your business plans while holding onto your money and not contacting you. Then, you can wait 3 to 8 business days for your refund, which they absolutely refuse to help expedite. (They may also send you obviously defective products due to their terrible QA, and then make YOU pay to send them back!)

"I have been a customer over two year and have received excellent service. I submitted an order last week for about $1,500 worth of printing. One item was for presentation folders, when printed the camera ready artwork did not bleed properly to the edges. The quality inspection caught the issue and contacted me immediately to see if this was intentional or an error. Their quick action allowed for correction of this issue prior to delivery which saved a lot time and effort on my part. I would be glad to recommend Overnight Prints based on my experience and the level of customer service I have received."
"I ordered business cards. Very simple. I received the products after about a week. The cards were not rectangles, they had other graphic images on them, they were all different sizes, and there was a white border. We used their template. There shouldn't be a white border. They offered to reprint as they said that once in awhile the cutting gets off. Uhm, that was more than a little off. If I wanted diamond shaped cards I would've ordered them. So I had to reship the order back and now I received just today the new order. They are just as bad as the first order plus they are just one large stuck together clump.
As a graphic designer I deal with lots of printing companies. I only used this one because I took over the designing of the cards and the former designer said he ordered them from this company. So for continuity I did the same. NEVER again. My clients can't wait forever for something as simple as a business card. There's no way I would trust them with any more of my work - its not just their image, it's mine too! If this is how sloppy they are with prints that take over a week to receive (I only ordered 50 business cards :\ ) I would hate to see the quality of prints that are actually done overnight. That would be scary. There are better printers out there."

After a recent order was delivered with less than half the order quantity, I was treated to a long series of run around phone delays during which I was basically accused of trying to cheat the company out of free postcards. "I ordered 50 postcards over 8 days ago and they are still not printed. The order is just sitting there! The date on the card is the 24th and I think they held it back to cash-in on additional fees! If I want to upgrade my shipping they will charge a modest $187.00 (the order was $15.95). The customer service reps are trained at diversion. When I called I got the run around! They should change their name to Over a Month prints to reflect their printing time!"

"This is the worst online retailer I have ever dealt with. A package was being returned to them because of a ups delivery misunderstanding. They hadn't even received it back at their facility when I called and they wouldn't reship it out to me upon receipt, instead their policy is to recycle the material and reprint it. They would only credit me 50% store credit. So on an $80 order, I would only get $30 back as I also do not get refunded for shipping and have to reorder it costing me an extra $50. I even offered to pay the shipping and handling to reship it but they refused. Mind boggling how an online retailer could operate like this."
"I am extremely dissatisfied with this organization. I ordered three products from them, and two of the three were unsatisfactory. I sent a photo to customer service of the problem (printing issue) and they tell me that they will have to review it with the proof and make sure it isn't a file issue. After they determined that it was a printing issue, which is obvious to look at. They then offer to reprint, which is too late, or refund me partially- if I send the defective product back, which would leave me with nothing. I asked that they let me keep the product and give me a partial refund, which is what most printing companies do. They informed me that hat wasn't possible, and they wouldn't work with me when the problem was their fault to begin with.
Terrible service, terrible products. Do not use Overnight Prints!!
Additionally, although the name says overnight prints, the actual date that product is to be received is over 2 weeks without having to paying extra. To get the products within a week, the customer has to pay a service fee of $15 to 20. How rediculous. They are too slow to be named overnight prints. "

"HORRENDOUS SERVICE, total SCAMMERS. I placed an original order with them and they made a big mistake. This cost be money and I was out products for a show I participated in. After pleading with 3 people, they gave me a partial credit, not even covering what I originally spent that they botched. I applied the credit (only reason I used them again was because I wanted to recover some of my losses) to a product that never arrived and when I called them, it was my tough luck. "Sorry, we don't take responsibility". In a nutshell, that should be their motto. " GIVE US YOUR MONEY, BUT WE DON"T TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR DELIVERING YOUR PRODUCT". DO NOT USE THEM."
"I have been a graphic designer for over 25 years. I designed a brochure and gave it to these people. I have used their service before. The job was printed so poorly, that there were actually white borders where there were not supposed to be. The art was placed 1/4 inch off all around. They told me it was my art that was 1/16 off. Really? First of all, I took the same art, because I was in a bind, to Kinkos, and they printed it perfectly. 1/16, even if it were off, would not have caused a problem. They did offer a 50% store credit. Really? You screw up and then blame the customer, and then say well, we'll give you half what your order cost you? If I had service like that I'd be out of business."
