"Both orders from Overnight Prints were short more than half the number of pieces. They blamed it on UPS damaging the boxes. Both boxes? It seems a little odd that UPS would coincidentally damage BOTH orders. They offered to reprint the missing cards and ship them to me at no additional charge. That's nice of them to do, but I've done a lot printing with other companies and NEVER HAD THIS ISSUE of being shorted on an order. I can't trust they can successfully take care of the orders we need filled."

"Overnight Prints has there good and bad moments like any other company, but in the 30 times I have used them for printing they have only messed up 3x and 2 they caught the mistake at QC and ordered a reprint on their own and before I even got the product they had already shipped out a second order on their own.

I spent 27.40 on an order that did not print as I designed. They shipped fast but it wasn't printed how I designed them. So I notified them and they said "using borders is not recommended with our cutting process." I replied that I didn't design the card with borders. Their response was that I'm supposed to stretch the image past the designated safe zone. Thanks for mentioning this NO WHERE ON THE SITE!

Then they insult me by offering a "courtesy discount" of $7.72(or 50%) to redesign, and reorder the 250 cards. Not to mention they specifically noted that I was to pay S&H both ways for the return of the bad cards and the shipping of the new ones. So overall they expected me to spend $48.08 to buy cards that originally cost me an initial $27.40.

I told the customer service rep to "Go take a math class before you ever insult another customer like that again." Needless to say I will never do business with them again. I guess I'll just have to suffer the consequences of not doing my research. That is, I have to use jacked up cards so I don't waste $27 dollars of hard earned money.

All in all, Never ever use this company. There's a chance they might do your job perfectly but in the large chance they mess it up don't expect to get reimbursed or receive any help from their end. The overall attitude was, "Tough luck, deal with it. We just took your money." Not the attitude I would want anyone doing business with."

"A HORRIBLE COMPANY!!
I placed an order for postcards to be printed over night. Basically, this company needs a new name. Not only were my cards not printed over night, it took three days. I had to call multiple times and was treated with attitude. Over the course of three phone calls i was told my order had finished printing, then that it was in production and would ship the same day, and then that hadn't even begun printing. I received emails from an illiterate sales rep who had no clue how to put together a sentence. Very frustrating, I suggest taking your business elsewhere."

"I placed an order with Overnight Prints for business cards and I paid for regular standard shipping because I didn't need them right away. It's been 8 days since my order was placed and so I called to check on it. I was told that it has not been printed yet. I was shocked. They explained that since I picked the standard shipping and that the arrival date was so far away, they were going to let the order sit there for 9 business days and then ship it so that it gets to me by the date promised. I explained that I agreed to regular shipping, but that I didn't agree to slow production of my product and that I expected my product to be produced right away. Then once shipped, it would take as long as it takes based on the shipping; not based on the fact that the order was just sitting there for two weeks (9 business day). It looks like "Overnight Prints" is not so overnight. I cancelled my order and will not give business to them again. That is very bad customer service."

"Ordered Cards from Overnight Prints on Feb27, supposed to be delivered on Mar 1st. (Paid twice as much for 2nd day air shipping) Called Mar 1st where are the cards ? Turned out that it never went into production, I asked who's fault is it ? They admitted to messing up. I have mixed feelings and will consider going elsewhere with my order next time. At least they upgraded my shipping to next day air. Consider other vendors before buying from these guys."
