"Hands down the best printing company online! I purchased business cards from other printing companies in the past and was always disappointed by the size and thickness of the card.
Well that went away when I found Overnight Prints!
Their card stock is superb, I have received countless compliments on how durable and how thick my Business cards were.
I will never use another printing company!!! Overnight Prints exceeds my expectations when it comes to customer service, products, friendly etc etc etc. What more could you possibly ask for?

I'm not usually one to leave reviews, so this review should speak volumes in and of itself.
Glad to see I'm not the only one who has received awful service with this vendor... I'm a graphic designer who has also spent my fair share of time working in a print shop in college, so I know the ups and downs of the printing processes, etc. And, I respect that it takes a TREMENDOUS amount of 1.) patience, 2.) know-how and 3.) attentiveness to detail to run a successful print shop.
With that said, I ordered 250 Business Cards, Double-Sided, both sides with a hit of UV Spot Gloss. I almost thought it too good to be true that they could offer a UV Spot Gloss for the price I was getting the cards at... Well, IT WAS too good to be true.
I received the order, no spot gloss, whatsoever. Their site seemed user-friendly enough, so I uploaded 4 Illustrator files (all within the perimeters specified) and the UV Spot files didn't seem to "hold." So, I restarted the entire order for a second time---to be SURE. A pain, yes, but sometimes you have to work with technology for it to work with you.
I called Customer Service after receiving my cards, which were completely black on one side (but should have had my business name in Matte Finish, dropped out of the Gloss Finish... Did Quality Check not realize one entire side did NOT MATCH the files they received?!?
Furthermore, I wanted to inquire as to what I could do to fix this problem and just get some business cards I could use (ones with my actual business name on them...) Overnight Prints proceeded to tell me that I didn't upload the UV Files, and my order didn't specify this is what I wanted, leaving all of the above MY MISTAKE & RESPONSIBILITY... I called back about a week later, deciding I would just get a full refund. The girl on the other end gave me the address to ship to, requested I send with a Tracking Number. So I did.
I've now waited a week to hear from them, called today to inquire -- They tell me Refuns are "Not an option." What!?!?! They couldn't do anything for me because I didn't know the name of the girl who told me this...
Their fix, they offered me $10.62 Store Credit (I pay shipping) towards another order, to "take another try at it" atop the $10.00 I already had to pay to ship my return to them UPS, atop the already $30 for my first order that THEY NOW HAVE & REFUSED TO SHIP BACK TO ME...
At this pace, this company will not be around for the long haul... Simply terrible Customer Service. The old adage "The customer is always right" is DEFINITELY NOT hanging anywhere on their walls.
I lost $40.00, but I learned a very good lesson here... I'll be shopping local for services like this. You can put a price tag on "face time" or good old fashioned customer service.

"Terrible service. They don't care about your expectation of delivery time/date or deadlines.
I ordered a set of business cards and needed them on a specific date prior to an important business meeting.
I set up my order on a Saturday, so they would get it first thing on the following Monday. I also ordered the 3 day shipping delivery. They process the order not on Monday, but on Tuesday instead- leaving a phone message with me saying
the designer was not able to process it on Monday for *some reason*, that the order would arrive a date late. No apologies or anything. So instead of compensating for their failure to deliver when ordered, by sending a faster delivery time (2 day air), they send at the same shipping rate and later delivery time.
So they were still charging me also for the 3 day delivery up-charge as well, and I had to call for the shipping cost adjustment as it was now a 4 day delivery.
They seem to not care about their service to customers.
Go elsewhere for printing."
"I got my order back with the skin tones so red I look from Mars. It's terrible and all they offered was 50% off if I return the cards, which works out to give me back about a whole $5 after paying for return shipping. They said they "adjusted for gamut" but if they really did, they would have said hey, these are still REALLY RED maybe we should verify with the customer before printing that she wants to look like she's from mars, considering the final print will looking NOTHING like the display (and no warnings about this gamut issue that never appeared with GotPrint). Won't be coming back for more prints from these guys as per their claim doesn't follow the result. "
"Definitely would NOT recommend using them. They guarantee to get you an order by a certain date on their website and in their terms of service. I placed my order expecting the order on Friday. They called to let me know that due to their error it would not be getting to me until TUESDAY. After I pressed for some kind of compensation they gave me a refund on the shipping. I went back and re-read their website and clearly on the top it said that if I ordered that day it could be overnight shipped to me to get it by Friday. I called back and argued (again) and they said they'd make an exception and re-print the order and overnight it to me. Great! Well, not. They messed up AGAIN on the second order and it did not get printed in time. They contacted me again and said that I could either 1) wait until the original delivery comes on Tuesday or 2) return the item for a full refund. I called back and pointed out that the problem was with the original order guaranteed to be there by Friday (guarantee is in their terms of service, on their website, etc.) I spent hours on the phone, had to argue with them on every point (telling them what was clearly stated on their website and not honored by their service), and found that they have policies that are not consistent with their written words on the website. TERRIBLE customer service and execution of delivery of items as promised. I would NEVER use them again and would highly recommend looking for another printing service if you are considering using them. They may be inexpensive but the amount of time I spent more than made it the most expensive option and their lack of customer service and arguing with me made it a very unpleasant experience for me."
"I just received my order of business cards from Overnight Prints. Unfortunately, they were printed MUCH TOO DARK and are unacceptable. Their customer service department refused to do anything about the problem. I will never use Overnight Prints again and either should you."
"I am very pleased with the brochures and business cards ordered. Instructions were clear and software was easy to use. Prices were great and order arrived as I specified (ordered 11/29 and received 12/8). I will definitely use again."
"I ordered from Overnight Prints on 10/31 to meet a commitment for 12/2. I ordered six different greeting cards. The quality was okay, but not perfect: in 5 out of 6 batches only about half of the cards in each batch bleed all the way to the top, the others were cut short and have a white stripe across the top. The sixth batch was perfect...but it was from someone else's order. I called customer service and was told that they'd reprint my cards. When I pointed out that their new delivery date they quoted was a week late, they offered to upgrade shipping. However, the new cards weren't printed until the day before the new shipping arrival date, and customer service could only offer that they "could" arrive in the nick of time (Friday), instead of next Monday. After further questioning, they offered to refund the cost of shipping. Small consolation if I don't get a Christmas miracle and see my cards arrive by Saturday morning."

I have printed with them before (invitations mostly) and had pretty good experiences so maybe there are new people there, but they are so awful. 25% of my order came damaged/printed off-center with an edge and they told me I could either return them for a refund (leaving me with no invitations for a party that is 2.5 weeks away) or they could replace them and they would arrive after the party. I am so beyond angry and will never use their service again. What kind of horrible customer service is that. And to be quite honest, the printing job was crap. I don't remember it being this bad and last time I ordered they came a little early, which was nice. This time they were delivered in the late evening on the very last day. I will just have to pay to get them reprinted. I would avoid this company."
"DO NOT USE this company. I am a professional photographer and designer with a wide range of clients and connections and I can guarantee that none of them will even look twice at this company. I sent my design in and they told me there was a problem with their spot UV so I changed the files and resent them. They sent me card that were completely black you could not see my website and the photos were extremely saturated. Now my monitors at home and in my studio are color calibrated correctly. I politely called and an email was sent back to me saying that I would receive 50% off of a new order… what happened to money back guarantee. I called again and the man argued with me in a very un professional manner and continued to tell me that this was my fault. My response was if the order was bad then why was it printed why was I not notified that on YOUR end the order was bad? His response was “it was your mistake not ours”. Overnight prints provided by far worst customer service that I have ever received; this company wasted my time and money."

"I used OvernightPrints for years, because they used to be a great company. This has changed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Their customer service is sadly lacking, as is their insistence that EVERY problem is a customer problem. "I tried this service for the first time to order a small run of 100 business cards. The website made it easy to upload and see a proof of a design I created using Adobe software. Very reasonable price and quick delivery. However, there was a small flaw in the printing on the cards so I requested a reprint. They made this process easy and sent a whole new batch of cards and a free UPS label to ship the flawed cards back whenever I wanted. The staff was very courteous. I am really impressed and intend to use them for future printing needs."
"Overnight has great prices and overall very nice products. I have ordered from them many times, but about 85% of the time, I don't get the number of items I ordered. For example, I ordered 100 post cards, but I got 87. Or I ordered 500 post cards, and I got 475. I don't know why it is so difficult to count before shipping. Also, they don't tape their boxes, so often times, they come in a complete mess. Just yesterday, I received my shipment quite early, but the post cards had clearly fallen out of the box, gotten bent and muddy, and someone put them back in the box. REALLY?!"
