"I am VERY happy with Oxfam as a charity and with the "unwrapped gifts" I gave via the Web site.

BUT, the Web site was poorly designed for my purposes. I wanted to (and did) give SEVERAL gifts via both of my children. However, the Web site forced me (apparently) to tediously fill out another email card for each gift. Also, I wanted to give SEVERAL units of various inexpensive items. This appeared not to be possible when I was ordering the gifts/donations. But then, on the Checkout page, there WAS a place to increase the quantity from 1 to several. I wish I had known this when I filled out the form(s) to order the gifts in the first place."
