"The website needs some work. Writing a custom message to people in whose name I was making the donation was a pain. The cursor kept jumping around in middle of words, apparently because the maximum number of characters was reached. Very user-unfriendly."
"There is a problem with the Oxfam America sign on process. I like to send Oxfam America Unwrapped "gifts" to several relatives every year. I have an account and always write down password information so I can remember it - but when I tried to sign I received an error message. After several tries, I followed the information to receive a temporary password. When it arrived by email I immediately tried to use it to sign on - BUT even using the temporary password I RECEIVED an error message that either there was no account registered for that email or it was an incorrect password. I sent my gifts as a guest. At the end, when I entered my email on the payment page I was told there was an account set up for that email and asked if I wanted to use it! By that time I'd spent at least half an hour trying to retrieve my account so I simply continued as a guest. It was a frustrating experience and made sending a contribution to Oxfam less than pleasant!"
