"I was very happy to learn that my gifts would be doubled. However, I was unable to mail notification cards to different addresses so they all had to be sent to me and I now have to forward them to the recepients.

Some kind of flaw in your computer program as it kept erasing my "other address of recepient" information, no matter how many times I filled out the form."

"I was not happy with the online process this year. I tried to make purchases during the time when gifts were doubled. I could not complete my purchase: after selecting gifts, filling out forms to addresses, messages and signatures for cards when I clicked on continue the form reset. After trying this several times I called. The person I spoke to took my info and said someone would call, but email might be a faster resolution. when I clicked on link to email my browser went berserk and starting creating 100s of tabs. I had to shut down to stop the process. When I retried two days later I thought all was well, only to discover that the addresses I had entered had not been recognized. I called again. Someone did call back later and I think they may have solved the problem. I hope so, or I probably will not use this process again."
