My issue is with the website, very hard to navigate, the ecoomerce part is not smooth. It needs to be upgraded. Address book is a great idea, but shipping address in other countries do not match the US address fields."

"Eventually I believe that the order went through, but there were glitches when it reverted to the opening pages and seemed to erase the information I had already entered. Thus I had to rewrite the messages to recipients, delete duplicates, and it all took much longer than I expected. On the positive side, there is a varied and imaginative selection of gifts, so I was able to choose different gifts depending on the intersts of different grandchildren. I am givng these donations to each set of grandchildren, not only for the good the gifts will do now, but in the hope of iinteresting the children in the larger world and the very different and challenging lives of others and of inspiring them to a lifetime of giving."

"Oxfam makes it so easy to make a worthy contribution. The website is also very easy to use. The information is clear and easy. First you begin with the occasion and the gift. There are lots of valuable gifts to be purchased. I also like the fact that the gift can be mailed or emailed to the recipient.
