"I am deeply grateful for Gordon Moore at Oximedical. He expertly guided us through the complex TRICARE reimbursement process for an Inogen G5 portable oxygen concentrator, making an enormous difference for my husband, a veteran. Gordon’s knowledge and patience were invaluable, especially given the VA only provides cumbersome oxygen tanks. After thorough research and multiple calls, we purchased the G5, and recently received reimbursement thanks to Gordon’s guidance. I highly recommend him for his expertise, dedication, and outstanding support. Thank you, Gordon!"
"Oximedical sales representative,
Moore, stated that Tri-Care for Life would reimburse my wife for purchasing the Inogen 4 POC. We submitted a claim to Tri-Care for Life and it was rejected saying it had to be submitted to Medicare. Gordon Moore never mentioned that Oximedical wasn't a Medicare provider. This is now a waiting game to see if Medicare will approve our claim or not. Gordon Moore has not returned our calls (4), to clarify his statement and to stop misleading Veterans and their spouses. Most Veterans cannot afford to dish out $2400 without knowing they will be reimbursed for their expenses. I have read through the reviews for Oximedical and found this is not the first time an Oximedical sales representative has made this misleading sales pitch. (See ]MONETARY RELIEF) When I called Oximedical, I was simply transferred to Gordon Moore's voice mail and again no return phone call. I recommend everyone just go straight to Inogen for purchasing POCs. "
"I bought a new $3000 portable oxygen concentrator that didn’t put out oxygen over 37% purity. It was replaced with a unit with the exact same problem. Now I’m told I’m out of the “refund window.” Not ok!"
"We had purchased Philips home unit concentrator in May 2022 and not yet opened the box (it is brand new till date). Contacted OxiMedical for the Buy back offer a week ago and initially they gave a quote to purchase it back for $500. Original purchase price was $850. I called them today to finalize the deal for buy back and they refuse to give more than $300 and also the buy back customer representative spoke very unethically and refused to give the original buy back price as quoted by them a week ago. I highly recommend not to use this vendor to but any products as they do not stick to their words."
"My POC was not working and OxiMedical picked mine up and left a substitute which is more than I can say for my Oxygen supplier. They have had one of my POCs for repair for months and did not give me a loaner which is why I had to purchase from OxiMedical."
"My experience with your company was a very good one, and the employees with whom I spoke were
always polite and courteous---especially Karen. The service was always prompt, and I was never put on hold for a lengthy amount of time nor told that everyone was on lunch break. If I need the Mepilex bandages again, I will use your company."
"We leave it in the car for traveling. To noisy to carry in public, Draws attention."
"
Outstanding customer service "
"ALEKS WAS TERRIFIC EXPLAINING HOW THE P2 OPERATES, ETC.,ETC.! EVERYONE WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING! I TELL ALL MY VETERAN FRIENDS WHERE I PURCHASED MY P2. IT IS TRULY A SHAME THE VA DOES NOT SUPPLY SUCH FREELY! I KNOW THEY PROVIDE SUCH FOR 100% OR A DISABILITY MUCH HIGHER THAN MY 10% RATING.
THANK YOU AGAIN, EVERYONE, WHO HELPED ME AT THE FIRST SHOWING AND THEN MY RETURN TO PICKUP MY NEW P2!"
"Everything was perfect, from customer service, to shipping times, would recomend 10/10"
"The seller cleared all my doubts, and was always available to answer me."
"I chose the Lifestyle Rhythm P2 over other competitors. Considerations were weight, cost and accessories. Robert Lee was great to deal with. I felt he was honest, answered any questions and offered opinion when needed. Price was lower than others.
It came with two batteries. It came with the carrying case. It came with A/C and car adapters for power - all of which would be extra expense options with competitors."
"Calling and dealing with OxiMedical was easy enough. When i made my order from Canada i was charged 150.00 for shipping which we thought was OK. A few days later We received a notification from UPS that there was another 275.00 charge for customs brokerage.
Why would OxiMedical use UPS if it's well known that they chose to rip their customers off at the border? i order other items from the United States and never have the brokerage charges from any other carrier except UPS! If i had known i would not have ordered from OxiMedical. They should take action to stop this."
"Sales great, received two units as lromised. No follow up until thisquestionaire."
"Interacting with OxiMedical in Glendale, AZ was pleasant. At a time when our focus was on getting the required care for our loved one, OxiMedical listened to what we needed, made sensible recommendations and provided guidance that proved reasonable going forward. They didn't try to sell us the most expensive equipment but suggested what would be best for our specific situation. That kind of attention to detail and listening ability is not typical of a retail establishment, in my experience. We very much appreciate our interactions with Leo."
