"Worst experience I've ever had with a company. The product was ordered in October 2003 and we're still waiting to receive it in January 2004. Get used to lines like "it shipped yesterday", "it will be there in a couple of days", no responses to enquiries. Don't bother phoning because you just get recorded annoucements saying to email them. Difficulty in getting a credit for non received goods. It also turns out that the mailing address in Canada is just a post office box at a Mailboxes etc store in Ottawa. It's too bad I didn't see the other reviews here prior to ordering!"
"If you ever have a defective product or need to return an item , forget about it if you purchase from Oxycom. Customer service is non-existant and emails go unanswered. Since a number is required for returns and that number is never sent it means that you are stuck with the defective product. Avoid this outfit at all costs."
"Product D-Link Printer Server. After 3 requests for status, I was told item was shipped and would be delivered in the week. After an additional 3 weeks, 2 phone messages, and 3 more status requests, still no product. 41 days since they charged my VISA and all is silent.
Previous purchases from Oxycom have been backordered. Each time I buy, it gets worse. I will not buy from them again!!!!"
"I ordered product on a monday with 3 day delivery, was billed on my credit card Tuesday, and a week and a half later still don't have any product or any answer to the numerous e-mails I've been leaving for the last week! And their phone number has nothing but a bunch of different messages that say to use their web page... STAY AWAY FROM THIS MERCHANT!!!"
