"I have had more problems trying to purchase glasses from this company then any other internet based purchase. To start, it took me over 4 hours to attempt to purchase the glasses. After several attempts to check out and then having the cart empty; or, getting an error message saying I did not have anything in my cart, I was finally able to make my purchase. I never received a confirmation email. I have been in contact with customer purchase several times via email. This is due to the fact that there is NO phone number to call and contact a human. I have received one email from customer service saying they could not find my order number, and, two saying that the order is pending because my bank has stopped the payment. My bank has not. At this point I would be happiest with my money back and no glasses from Ozeal! "
"DO NOT BUY FROM OZEAL. THEY ARE LIARS!!! Returned 2 pairs of glasses, their website indicates 100% refund for frames, 50% refund for lenses. They have returned one pair at 50%, I contacted them about the other pair, they are allegedly refunding me 50% for them too. I told them that was unacceptable and sent them a screen shot of their own policy, have not yet heard back from them.

"For a start there is no mention on their webstore they are in China, they are. I found this out AFTER ordering.
Then waited a month for delivery of my glasses having chased them constantly for two weeks about delivery (You get very poor, vague customer service replies like 'they are coming wait' (No times or guidance)
Then this morning after waiting a month with no information I get a two line email 'Your parcel is lost in transit and we cannot resend so we will give you a refund' written in really poor Chinese translation. What a complete rubbish service and a waste of my time I would suggest for others pay £20 more and get glasses delivered quickly (If at all) and from a reputable seller as this company most certainly are not AVOID!"

"Horrible customer service. Trying to get the status of my order that I made on Oct 11 which still has not been shipped. First I was told the frames were on back order (their website says they are in stock) then I was told they were customized lenses (which they are not) then I was given a timeframe between 16-18 days to process the order (not ship, process), was told it was already processing, which how would they process the order if the frames aren't in stock? Was transferred between four different people and still didn't get a straight answer on what happened with my order.

"Needed to return my glasses and after almost a month, I finally got a hold of someone who sounded like I woke them up and gave me an address in CA that was not a real address. After I had to pay to send them to this non existing place (did not know at the time) and another month of trying to get a hold of them someone e mailed me back and said I would be refunded 1/2 the amt. They charged me that amt instead of refunding !!!! Below 0 on all standards!"
