"I did a search for Pechauer low deflection shaft. Google brought up Ozone regular price 280.00 on sale for 153.00 so of course I clicked on the link for their website. Their website had the picture of a P + lite and the full description of the low deflection shaft with the price of 280.00 sale price 153.00 so of course I ordered it. The shaft was delivered and it was a standard shaft. I contacted Ozone and they said we had the wrong picture listed due to new management you can see the low deflection shafts are 280.00. I said the ad is for a low deflection shaft the price is for a low deflection shaft you're claiming is on sale for 153.00. They claimed they corrected the ad, their idea of fixing the ad is to change the picture to a standard shaft still leave the low deflection description and complete details of a low deflection shaft but also change it from 12.75mm to 13mm shaft which Pechauer does not make a 13mm low deflection shaft. Ozone billiards practices the "Bait and switch" tactic. Of course I have all the emails from them claiming they fixed their illegal business practice of "bait and switch " plus 927 down loaded images of their product page showing the "bait and switch" tactic which will be used in a law suit. "

""READ THIS!" Ive been waiting for 3 months for a table that was "in Stock" at the time I ordered it. Well what was in stock was a damaged table that was still delivered to my home and 95% assembled by the company's poor installer (he realized at the end of putting it together that there was damage). A month after this issue was brought to ozones attention they finally shipped out the pool table accessory kit that was missing from the original delivery. Thanks? What they didnt send out was the replacement piece needed to get the table done. After multiple inquiries i finally got upset with the run around and being treated like a clown and i sent the company a stern email explaining my frustration and urging them to please expedite the process. Well,. the second i stopped kissing their rear ends and complained they went dark on me. So now they have 4000 dollars of my money and i have an unusable pile of wood and a bunch of sent emails that are being ignored. My next step is to file a lawsuit. Dont give these people your money!"
