"Ordered the Rage Jump-Break stick. It was advertised as having a phenolic (hard) tip and coming with a case. When it arrived, the bare cue with a standard layered-cork tip and no case, was simply packed in bubble wrap. I also ordered a 3-cue claw, which was in the box and in great condition, but was extremely disappointed with the cue. It works fine, but it wasn't what I ordered. "

"I bought a "NEW" break cue from Ozone Billiards. I used the cue to break a few times before deciding that I liked it and would keep it. I then removed the cellophane and the sku tag wrapped around the bottom of the cue. Under it was a gash or pretty good nick in the finish revealing the wood beneath. Nothing major but still this was supposedly a brand new stick. Its my belief that they sent me a used bottom half with a new shaft. I have used it once and there are far too many blemishes, nicks, scratches, etc. for this to have been a new cue. I offered to accept a discount or a replacement in my email and waited 24 hours. Nothing. I called and left a message the next day and.... nothing! Emailed ****@**** and NOTHING! Still not a single response from this company after a few days now.

At this point I wouldn't order from them again even if they were to send me a brand new cue for free!"
