"I recently bought a table from here (purchase made April 2019). I expected the delivery to take some time which it took about a month to have the installers contact me to schedule a date for the install. Upon arrival they unloaded everything into my living room then informed me that they were missing the hardware (bolts) to install the table. I contacted ozone Billiards they sent it out the next day with 2 day shipping.

I was happy at this point I can understand something missing in a large order and it was dealt with properly in a timely matter.

Upon next arrival of the installers they set up the legs and part of the frame to notice that all 8 support cross beams were missing as well. So as of right now 6 weeks later I have an unfinished pool table still in my living room and I have to try to get these cross beams sent in and schedule a 3rd install."

"Great delivery time on this beautiful pool table cover (Championship Westex Braided 8' Burgundy). Fabulous quality product, delivered quickly with fulfillment of the Ozone price match guarantee!

The only issue was gray fuzz coming off the lining of the cover onto my Simonis 860 Camel color cloth. Ozone gave some directions on how to aide that, and it has diminished. If you have light-colored cloth on your table, vacuum the backside of the cover before deploying. But the quality is magnificent, and an asset to the game room.
