"The purchase experiences here were absolutely horrible. I ordered a MX Duo keyboard & mouse setup. It took them 2 whole days to only begin verifying my address with my credit card company. I had bought over 30 products online from various online stores, and for some reason this store told me that the credit card company could not verify the address. On top of this, the sales representative went on to be so arrogant enough to tell me that I can just go buy from another store because nobody can beat their price for that product (which was false in itself). "will never purchase from them again. tried to return a heatsink after customer of mine cancelled. purchased on 10/15 they shipped 10/18. called up tried to rma 11/05. i was told they have a 2 week rma time. lowest i have ever heard. and that the time starts from the 15th in my case not when they actually shipped it out. she told me that i am 5 days to late when i am actually only 2 and that they make NO exceptions no matter what and that i should sell my new unopened part on ebay. i am glad the part wasn't on backorder, my rma period would have ended before i even got the part....don't order from them unless you are sure you never need any sort of exception to their extra short rma period."
"Ordered a BFG 6800 Ultra, overnight. The next day my credit card company blocked the sale, wanting to verify with me that this was indeed a legit purchase. PCAvailable called me twice and sent an email right away. I called them up and they set up a conference call with the Bank and straightened everything out. This was at 4:30pm, and they told me that it was to late and they would ship it out the next day.
However, i still recieved the card the next day. Very happy with the followup and shipping time from this company. The price was $10-$20 above retail, but most companies at this time are gouging for 50-150 above retail."

"Ordered two Thermaltake Silent Boost HSF's. They were the only online retailer that didn't want to charge a per-item S&H at such a low price they were offering the HSF's for: $21. The S&H was $6.23 for FEDEX Express Saver. Ordered on Mon; received next day.
The packaging was excellent. The HSF's were in a Fedex envelope(padded), which was further wrapped with inflatable packaging, and placed in a box.
