"I ordered 1GB (2x512) Broker Grade PC2700 DDR. The cost was excellent, $4 more total than if I ordered PC2100 from them.
512mb PC2100 = $42
512mb PC2700 = $44
Great deal. I ordered it on April 22nd and it came May 5th, 4-10 days before the estimated date of receipt. The packaging left a little bit to be desired, but the RAM was nto in any danger. I was expecting each stick to be in one of those little plastic packages like when you buy it from a store. It came in a 5x8 padded manilla envelope and each stick was in a seperate plastic "bag" with the invoice inside too. Overall my purchase was excellent and I would buy from them again.
My only gripe with them was that about 4 days after I ordered my RAM from them, the price went down to $39 for a 512mb stick of PC2700. I ordered two sticks at $44/stick and $5 shipping/stick. If I had waited, I would have saved $10. But that's not something they did wrong, it was only my impatience."
"They shipped it out fast, but the snail mail took two weeks to deliver, the only good thing is their mem. prices. The cheap (CAS3) memory they have will not OC but works, and is priced very well (512 pc2100 DDR for $39)"
"Great place to shop outstanding prices and fast processing.bought 512mb of pc100 had it one week later on my front door with free shipping"
"Ordered a stick of 256MB DDR broker grade RAM and it took only 1 week to arrive...not bad. RAM is running fine."
"Very affordable prices, low cost shipping, very professional assembly (barebone), superior packaging"
"Ordered a stick of memory on 1/27/2003.
Nothing special (PC133) except it's 2/10/2003
and it still hasnt shipped! Sheesh.
Not real happy about that. As most people
I'm working on a time frame.

"I ordered 2 of their Broker Grade - 128MB PC133 SDRAM sticks for around $11 each at the time, with the cheapest shipping option. I received the RAM around Dec. 15th, and one of the sticks was DOA. I returned the stick around Jan. 7th using the instructions for product return on the back of the invoice. I got confirmation email that the new stick was shipping Jan. 16th. Overall a good experience, RAM prices can't be beat!"
"I purchased a mb and cpu combo from them on the 28th which was saturday, and which processed on monday the 30th. Before it was processed, i had to call and make a change to the order, and get a diff motherboard for the cpu, since there was an error on the website that said the other motherboard supported ddr and sdram memory, but it did not. She changed the order for me, and told me it would be processed that afternoon and i would be email with confirmation. Bingo, that afternoon i got the email, with the delivery date set to either wed 1/1 or thurs 1/2 since i had selected 2 day priority shipping. Today is thursday, and i can understand that wed. was a holiday, new years, and that things may have gotten a day behind because of this. but i still have not even recieved a tracking number. I called, and upon searching my order number, another lady said that she would have to check into it, and would call the shipping department because she didnt have it listed as shipping yet, nor did she have a tracking number. One thing.. i paid for 2 daypriority here.. 35 dollars extra just so i could have it bythe end of the week. now, if its not going to get here till next monday, 7 days after the order was processed, why would i want to pay for 2 day shipping and get it 7 days later? I might as well have paid for ground service to get it 7 days later, RIGHT??? I mean i needed this by the end of this week, which was why i paid for the 2 day air priority.. oh well. im waiting right now for them to supposedly call me back to let me know what is going on, but it has currently been 5 hours since i called. This is not acceptable service for a customer who has paid for 2 day shipping to have to wait 7 days to recieve an item. I will post a follow up later When i find out more."
"I bought a barebones 1800xp system for them for a friend of mine who wanted me to build him a computer. It was just a basic barebones unit, with a heatsink and CPU fan.
I placed the order on 12-15, and i didn't receive it until 12-26, even though it was due to be received on 12-23. But I can understand due to chrismas and all.
So, I open the box to check it out, and I notice a rattling sound. I opened it to find that the heatsink was disconnected and was just rattling around in the case during shipping. Great, just what I need. I thought of calling for an RMA just then, but remembered what kind of a company I am dealing with. So, I scraped off the old thermal pad, and installed a new one, and remounted the heatsink/fan. No big deal, but it should have been done for me.
So, then I start building the system, and it has 4 5.25 drive bays on the case. I start installing a few cd drives, and notice that I can not use the lower two bays, because if you try to put a drive in there, it hits the motherboard resistors. That ticked me off, they obviously weren't using the right case for this motherboard.
So, I get the system built, and am checking out the door on the side of the computer, and sure enough it has a big dent in it.
So, to sum it all up. Late on the shipping, poor assembly from them, a poor product, and poor customer service, and a dent in the case.
I won't be ordering from this outfit again, that's for sure."
"Much better than I expected. Placed order on Friday, Card was charged Monday, Shipped Wednesday.

"This is really bad so far. They sat on my order for 4 days, ordered on 11/9 at 12 mid-nite didn't ship until 11/14 at 8pm. For the price I should have bought from New Egg, I ordered from New Egg about 2 mins after this order and that stuff showed up on 11/12."
"I ordered 4 of the super cheap, "broker grade" PC133 512 meg memory
modules. Their web site warns quite clearly that these are intended for
price leaders, and are not of the highest quality.
I ordered on 10-21, received order confirmation email the same day.
On 10-24, I received an email with the FedEx tracking number.
On 10-29, the package arrived. I immediately performed thorough testing
on all four memory modules. Three were good, one was bad. I filled out
the RMA form on the back of the invoice, photo-copied the front and back
of the invoice, and returned the one bad memory module with the
photocopies.
On 11-08, I received email acknowledging the receipt of my RMA.
On 11-11, I received email with the FedEx tracking number. They sent my
replacement memory by FedEX two day, when my original order was for
FedEX saver shipping.
On 11-13, the replacement memory module arrived, and tested out fine.
They warn you quite clearly on their web site that this super cheap
memory is only warrantied for 30 days, so make sure you test it
thoroughly when it arrives.

"Ordered an Intel D845EBG2 Motherboard & CPU Combo w/ Intel P4 256MB PC2100 DDR (Atlas Precision)on the 15th. they shipped on the 18th. I recieved order on the 25th. Cheapest method of shipping as I wasn't in a hurry, but still took a little longer than expected.
However the products were a Good price, and all arrived in great shape, great working order. No returns were necessary. Would do business with again."
"Ordered a mb/cpu combo, upgraded fan and case from PCBoost on 8/23 (Friday). Selected FedEx ground insured for shipping. Their "under $1" shipping is uninsured -- glad I didn't pick this option. Order was processed on 8/26 (Monday) and mb combo and fan were shipped on 8/29. Case was not shipped until 9/3 (I thought this took a little longer than it should) and arrived on 9/10. When I opened it one corner was crushed -- contacted PCBoost and they made arrangements with FedEx to pick it up. Fedex may have been rough on the case, but the foam packing around the corners was pretty chintzy--better packing might have saved this case. I asked for a refund since by now I had waited about 3 weeks and decided to buy a case locally. Customer service person gave me no hassle over this request -- I'll come back here to report if there is a problem with getting my card credited for the case and S/H.
The system is together and running well. The only complaint I have is the timing on shipping the case since I couldn't even use the other stuff until the case arrived.
Bottom line is that their prices are pretty good, the equipment that made it here is working well so far and they were reasonably responsive when a problem cropped up. I would use them again."
