"This company is nothing short of astounding. They have wonderful prices, almost everything is in stock, and their customer service is the best I've seen. They mistakenly shipped to me some old stock though their web site shows pictures of newer products, and they agreed to reship the correct parts (and have me keep the old ones). It makes me especially happy that they treated me so well even though I only ordered a few cables.
The web site is pretty decent and navigation is easy. They have reasonably high resolution pictures of their products, which is a plus.
Packaging was pretty bare bones, but nothing more was necessary (after all, these are just cables).
