"This site should be avoided at all costs, I ordered a keyboard April 9, 2005, paid for rush shipping, I 'finally' received a tiny box on April 18, 2005 containing 3 cooling fans! I called the 1-800 number, and they could not be reached, I finally get an email response from them, it looked like a third grader typed it here it is copied and pasted "i will give you a refund back on your order sorry I do not have the kebyaord at this time it is back order. your refund has been issue today.

My advice, avoid these people like you would the bubonic plague! My refund still hasn't came back!

"These thieves sold me an item with a supposed $20 refund, but never gave it. They were removed from eBay for this same reason, user ID was "jpac". Said "The refund was cancelled sorry". Would not reply to emails after that."

"10-14-04 I ordered a case from pcgigs.com with Free Shipping Option and 500W Power Supply. On 10-18-04 I've got a message that my shipping address doesn't match with credit card billing address, I fixed that, and finally 10-20-04 they shipped it. I got it 10-26-04. I decided to not buy Extra Shipping protection ("Extra Packaging/Protect Against Shipping Damage = No thanks (In case of Damage, advance replacement will be rejected, wait for claim settle)") and that was a BIG mistake. Plastic holders of the front panel was broken, thanks God I was able to fix it and even if they could say that this happened because of FedEx (I doubt), probably they wouldn't explain why warranty seal on power supply is broken but the good thing is that it works. I wouldn’t buy anything else from them, even I am not completely dissatisfied, I’m just ready to pay a little more, but have better service."

"I ordered a case from PCgigs & placed my order with the extra cost to have it send out the next day. Order date 10/17/04 When it didnt go out Tuesday as it should have I sent them a e-mail asking them to cancel my order if it hadnt been sent out that Tuesday as payed for & they replyed that it would sent out the next day[This was on the 19th late pm]. So I e-mail them back asking them what part of CANCEL didnt you understand! Also ask if it was to late & had been sent out LATE did they give my extra money payed back for the quick next day service. At this point & a couple other e-mails to them they quit replying or should say they never replyed again. Here the date it was finaly sent out.
