"The ordering and shipping process went well and I was happy with that. When the laptop was received, graded as an "A", it was filthy and the exterior casing of the laptop had little dings all over it. I was able to get it cleaned up, blown out, and put into use however it was not a grade A device and I was pretty surprised by it's exterior condition. It would have been sent back if it wasn't for the fact that we sorely needed it's use. The only reason that I did not rate this lower is everything else (software, working condition...) worked. I have bought from other refurbishing companies in the past and honestly went with PCLiquidations because of the on-line ratings and the pricing was fair. I'll be seriously re-evaluating future purchase decisions with PCLiquidations. The grading of this device was not correct."

"I ordered a PC with an add-on that I assumed would be installed...but we all know what happens when you assume.

So I contacted their help-desk and they said I could send it back and they would install. Of course they provided zero guidance where to send the item or if I needed to get a return authorization. I have emailed back several times with no response.

I doubt I will get my money back, but I am going to request a refund. Here's hoping!"

The monitor stand I ordered wasn't well documented; the instructions were not very useful. Fortunately it was pretty obvious to me where everything went together. "
