"I ordered a refurbished Lenovo at a great price. When it came it looked brand new, loaded up with no problems, but an issue with the mouse started to occur. I did some research and found that this was not unusual, could have been fixed with some driver patches, which I didn't feel competent to do myself. When I called PCLiquidations to tell them they immediately told me they'd send a replacement, no questions asked. Wow. The new machine came, also looks brand new and works perfectly.
