"Fast delivery! It took only 2 days for me to get my stuff. Got what I ordered at a very good price. Only back draw is the shipping cost. This vendor will be the best choice if you want to get something right away. Highly recommended."

"I ordered something online because i saw that the item was a good fair price, and i also checkd on this site for their ratings, but after the transaction, i saw something else i wanted, so i called them to add an item, they were really nice and helpful on the phone, i asked what the difference in price was, they said 2 dollars extra for shipping, i said ok. They sent out 2 emails after that, one saying the shipping was 2 dollars more, another saying shipping was another 5 dollars, so i wansn't happy about that, no sense call them about 3 dollars difference."

"I ordered a Firewire/USB2 enclosure, and it shipped me the wrong product (just the USB2 enclosure). I got on the phone and asked it to send me the correct one, as I immediately returned the wrong product and provided PC Microstore (PCM) with the new UPS tracking from my end. To be safe, I also faxed in my situation. I also asked it (via email) to give me its new UPS tracking for the new product being sent to me. Nothing ever happened, as Customer Service never got back to me. I was ready to call the Credit Card company to block payment. A week later, the correct product arrived, and I finally got email from PCM acknowledging the problem.

On the positive side, PCM did ship the correct product the same day I called in, but it never provided me with the shipping status in a timely manner. PCM did refund my return shipping fee, after I insisted.

Overall, I'm wary about doing business with it again.

"I'm not sure about the BBB comment, but my order was pretty good. I ordered a USB2.0/Firewire combo external enclosure at around 8AM. I chose regular ground shipping and the package arrived the very next day. Granted, I'm in the same state as this merchant, but it does show that they shipped it the same day I purchased it. It was a nice surprise."
