This particular order was for a SATA/USB drive adapter. The product was horrible, as was a previous one I had bought. I emailed and asked not only for an RMA, but I didn't want to return shipping for this piece of junk. They promptly emailed back with a printable USPS postage label and I just slapped it back on the box. My refund was credited within a week or so.
I do not hesitate to order certain things from them, but do keep in mind that their cheap stuff is indeed cheap stuff."

And the two cases were absolute junk, the cheapest things available from China, soft and thin silicon that tears easily and fits badly. Both are sitting back in the box.
