"Here is my story. O ordered a Canon camera from Rhyther Camera (they had the cheapest) on a Saturday, paid extra for the 3-day shipping. On Monday they called me and told me the camera I ordered was PAL (European) and that the NTSC version (American)would cost me more.
I cancelled my order and tried B&H where I have ordered before. I asked them to price match a few sites, and they gave me the run-around. First they said they couldn`t match the first site, I gave them a second one and they said they called and were put on hold and that somebody would contact me. I haven`t heard from them since.
I decided to order from PCNation at that point because they had a great deal with the free 3-day shipping. I called and placed the order over the phone and they adviced me that since I was a first time buyer, they would have to verify my account. I don`t have a house phone, so they would have to find other ways to verify. I was okay with that. Then I read all these reviews and I was very concerned. I called them back the following day to see what was going on and they assured me that my order would be approved and shipped the same day. I was anxious and called a couple more times, talking to different representatives, both giving me the same answer that all looked well.
Long story short, somebody finally called, I confirmed my information and then the order status changed to "Warehouse". The camera arrived as scheduled and as I was adviced, signed for it.
The camera was brand new, as described, for the price that had been quoted, and arrived as promised. I will definitely order from them again, and since it won`t be my first time, I am sure it will go smooth. "
