Unfortunately they failed to disclose that their shipping police requires you to be home to receive the package and they have it set up with FEdEx so only they can change that. "I was extremely happy with PCNations price on my new Garmin Nuvi 1490LMT GPS. I had done what seemed to be a ton of research and this was definitely the GPS device that I set out for. PCNation was $15.00 dollars less than most.....and once I hit the order button, the communication started, they kept me informed every step of the way. However as great as that was, I was just as impressed when I received my GPS unit in exactly 3 days!!!! (Plus I'm in CA., so there was no tax).

"Ordering a camera from PCNation was straightforward and uncomplicated. However, the website showed that the camera I ordered was in-stock. After ordering, I used a link to check the status of my order, and it showed "Backordered". I then checked the site again, which showed the camera as "In Stock". I then called customer service and a helpful agent apologized for the inaccuracy and canceled my order on request. The credit card charge was promptly canceled. However, the next day, the website still showed the camera "In Stock" contrary to the agent's assurance that the inaccuracy would be corrected. As of today, the camera shows "Backordered"."
