"I wanted an Epson R2000 printer. Item showed as limited availability. I called customer service and he checked and told me they had 6 available. I ordered by phone and the printer shipped that day for free and was delivered 3 days later.

The printer was newly released and hard to find in stock yet PCNation was just about the only only selling it for less than list price and free shipping. Plus, the customer service rep I spoke to went out of his way to make sure the item was allocated to me while waiting for the paperwork approval from the order.

And then got yelled at over the phone for not checking my email properly! Then my Lenovo crashed in three months, yes three months! They were no help at all after that! They just keep on giving me some Lenovo phone numbers, Lenovo technical department sends me some recovery CDs that do not change the fact that this computer is irredeemably bad. I cannot even return it. PCNation is absolutely of no help in this situation, they simply give me some phone numbers that's it!
