"I ordered a DangerDen MAZE3 with the Koolance 1/4-inch fittings adaptors from PCPowerZone. Along with 2-Koolance Chip Set Coolers and a Koolance HDD Cooler. I knew from the moment I ordered that it may be a while before I get my order. UPS scheduled delivery was set right in the middle of Thanksgiving weekend. So I was more than patient enough to wait it out. I’m building my first system and I didn’t want to rush anything. When I finally received my order I was missing one of the Koolance Chip Set Coolers. Called PCPowerZone about my order. Spoke with KEN, who happened to be the one that shipped out my order in the first place. He sent me my second chip set cooler right away and apologized for the inconvenience.

"By far the most impressed I have been with an online company. I first purchased a Koolance system through them. They provided the best price, the best shipping & handling costs, and the best customer service. I recently purchased the GeForce 4 extenders for the Koolance videocard waterblock I have. Just for the hell of it, they threw in 10 blank CDRW's and BOTH options for the Koolance Geforce 4 card I have (Extenders and the plug). When I called to let them know they made a mistake, I was told that the other stuff was sort of a bonus as they had some extra stock and needed to get rid of it!
