"just saw a charge that i did not authorize"

"Bought an expensive "certified refurbished" laptop for my son through Newegg marketplace (didn't actually realize it was not directly from Newegg). Wondered why it took so long to get to me (Newegg purchases usu arrived ~3 days), now I think they were running out the 30 day return clock. Finally received the laptop, and it had an intermittent problem. I received an return auth, and sent it back at my (high) expense. After another wait, I then received the laptop back, with a note saying they DIDN'T SELL IT. Had no idea what was going on, but turns out the box they scanned and the actual serial number on the laptop didn't match. They (either company) won't do anything about it, even though my original return was well within their 30 day window. They "reviewed" the matter, and again confirmed they won't do anything about it. To top it off, I bought an extended warranty that will also be worthless, since the serial number doesn't match. The infuriating part is they at least PRETEND that I AM THE SCAMMER here!!!

"1) They shipped my order 2 days after it was cancelled. I cancelled the order with in one hour of placing the order. 2) They gave the package to Fedx. I called Fedx as soon as I was notified that it was being shipped and Fed X confirmed they still had the package - not sent out for delivery yet - but Fedx was not allowed to give the package back to PCRush because of their service agreement with PCRush. In other words PCRush does everything they can to make sure a cancelled order gets shipped to the purchaser at which point I have to pay to ship back.

Do not buy from these people. They were selling through the Walmart website and I would have expected Walmart to have checked them out."

"Ordered a $1200 product on 11/9 from PC Rush through NewEgg. By the 13th when it had not shipped or charged, I decided to cancel the order and buy something else. When I requested, they said it could not be canceled because it was in process to be shipped, and would be shipped once processed. Next day; no tracking, no charge, no change. I contacted PayPal Credit and NewEgg for assistance and PC Rush again. PC Rush said they were still in process on the 14th and again on the 15th. But PayPal told me that when they contacted them, they said the item was not in stock!! PC Rush wants me to WAIT for the order to be shipped so that I can be charged for shipping once I refuse delivery.... OF A PRODUCT UN-PROCESSED, UN-SHIPPED THAT THEY DON"T EVEN HAVE IN STOCK!!!! NewEgg and PayPal little help to this point, but this is NOTHING SHORT OF EXTORTION. THIS IS A CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!"

"Purchased 2 identical PC's one was fine the second one was DOA both hard drives were bad and the unit was not what was ordered.
Dell XPS 8700 - Purchased 2 identical PC's one works fine and the other was DOA. pcRUSH said contact manufacturer, manufacturer said pcRUSH has to fix and that they were not in our name. pcRUSH wouldn't do anything and did not transfer ownership until 9 months after purchase, after we repeatedly badgered them. The ownership was transferred to us AFTER the warranty expired. NEVER do business with these people, they do not stand behind what they sell. The one that was DOA wasn't what was ordered either."

" Called to return the Laminator I got from PCRUSH. Told them it was not the one pictured on their ad and that I was not going to pay for restocking or return shipping on an item I received that was not what was advertised. All they would do was wave the restocking fee.
If I paid the return shipping fee I would not get back enough to buy the same $18 wrong unit they shipped me.
So I am stuck with a laminator that is not what I wanted or return it pay the $20 shipping fee so they will return my $35.

"Absolute blatant bait-and-switch. They apparently mispriced a graphics card on Walmart.com. After I paid for it and received my order confirmation, they changed the ad to reflect a different graphics card. I called them to make sure that I was still getting my original purchase, and not this new listing, and they assured me that I would get the card that matched my order summary. Fast forward 3 days and I get the different card sent to me.

This is where it get's good. When I called them, I was told that they would send me a return label, refund my money, and waive the restocking fee (as if I would have paid it). I said that I didn't want a refund, I wanted the item that I paid for. I was then told that they do not do exchanges, they only do refunds. Of course. So they sent me the wrong card on purpose, to avoid honoring the price that they listed the original card for. That is dirty, and blatant deception. If you want to see how "professional" they are, just give them a call. You talk to someone who is reading a word-track, at a 3rd grade level.

"5 days and customer service could not tell me when my motherboard would be shipped. And so i asked for a refund and im still waiting for my refund. My best advice is too avoid this company . They have the worst customer service on the internet. In all my time i have never seen such poor customer service. They hung up on me the first time i asked for a refund because they couldn't tell me when it would be shipped. Avoid at all cost its worth the extra money to buy elsewhere .."
