"I placed an order for an EVGA T2 1600 PSU based on their website saying that there were 5 in stock and that it "ships today." After placing my order I get an email saying that the item has been back ordered and I will be notified when it's available. I phone and I'm told that the website is wrong and there is nothing they can do about it (?) and that it would be in stock and sent to me by the following Thursday. Several days later after not receiving the item I have a live chat with an agent who assures me the item will be sent out within a couple of days. A couple of days pass and I notice the item is listed as in stock and "ships today" again. I call customer service and the woman on the phone tells me that it's not in stock, that the stock levels listed on the site are out of their control (?) and she has the gall to say that that might be "difficult for me to understand". In our conversation she takes no responsibility for the statements of the previous two customer service agents who assured prompt delivery which did not happen. She says "ships today" can mean that today they will pass my order on to the dropshipper and it might not actually ship for weeks if it is backordered. That's a far cry from "5 in stock, ships today!" Then she essentially invited me to cancel my order and hung up. Zero accountability and questionable ethics here, so BUYER BEWARE."

"Their inventory management system is a joke. I ordered two items that were back-ordered on February 15. One of the items became available 2 weeks after ordering. Now it shows as being back-ordered again. Called and emailed customer service to see if they at least saved me one of those items and they said no and it's being back-ordered again and won't be fulfilled until the required minimum quantity is met. They said that if I contacted them after seeing them back in stock, they could have shipped it then. Didn't know it was the consumer's responsibility to keep track of their inventory. "
"I purchased a $1400 monitor from them in early January (Jan. 6). I called beforehand to verify the ETA provided on their website; 2 to 3 weeks. That has is coming in Jan. 27th the latest.
Around Jan. 22nd, they send me an email; ETA pushed back to Jan. 31, which I'm alright with.
They push the ETA back 3 more times, not providing a reason or any reassurance that my product is coming in.
It is currently March 2nd, with the last ETA provided being Feb. 27th. I continue to receive e-mails saying my product has a farther back ETA. I have called them several times, and they continue to claim the product hasn't arrived.
I find it extremely disappointed that the initial ETA was 2 to 3 weeks, and I am currently 8 weeks in with no end in sight.
I also find it quite interesting that the majority of reviewers for pc-canada on this site only have 1 store reviewed, pc-canada.com, and have given it a 5 star rating. "
