"While I'm sure they try, they dropped the ball on this order. I needed a high end color inkjet AIO pronto and on their website they show me the one I want at a higher price (Epson itself sold it cheaper) with stock in Calgary - where I am. So even though I'd pay more I'd get it sooner was my thinking based on the information they supplied me. Well I was wrong! Seems they shipped it from Ontario and I won't get it for a week. There explanation that the price was based on the Ontario units cost and the order was not marked as rush does not cut it. So I wind up paying more for something I would have gotten in the same time from elsewhere for less. For that you get a low rating for customer service.
Fast forward two weeks and now I have had some time with the printer the product is superb. Add to that quick turn-around on the originally back ordered additional paper tray and you move up three notches. NOTE: They really did try to get me a machine sooner but their supply chain partners let them down."

"I ordered a CPU in early Januray. It is now February 19th. I have still not received it. They say it is on backorder, and apparently it has been since i ordered it. They keep giving me ETA's, but they stopped. They say that they "don't have an ETA". I understand backorder can take a while, but it has been over a month and over 4 false ETA's and i still do not have my $550 product. I was told i am in the first portion of the backorders and that i will get my product within the first shipment, which i think will be 40 years after i die at this point. If they value customer service and satisfaction, they would get the product in ASAP. This is very sad because my first order with them went very smoothly."
