"Something did not look right at checkout before I did an online purchase? So then I called their Sales Team to tell then that the product that was displayed from the site showed the latest device, but when I added it to my cart to checkout. The item then showed an older model of the same item model number, now I was confused. When talking to the Salesman, and I explained the issue, which he then did the same as I did, and surely had the same outcome. Nevertheless, I didn't what to get an older model when there is a newer version of the same item available. The Salesman was so nice to go through the trouble of investigating the issue, and called me back to assure me that the item was of the latest model, and it was safe to go ahead to purchase it online. Also their shipping was overnight...WOW!

"They don't accept any returns, even if the manufacturer box is unopened. I ordered a wrong part for a mobile computer cart. They wouldn't accept returns using the pandemic as an excuse. You better be 100% sure you're ordering the correct part, because once you open the shipping box, not even the item box, you're stuck with it. It doesn't help that the description of the items on the website is scant."

"I have bought quite a few things here (memory, motherboard, pcie cards, etc.) without any troubles. The motherboard was not well packaged (very tightly packed directly in the diagonal of a box without protection on the sides) and I was a bit afraid it might have suffered in the transport but everything was good. Even once I bought the wrong PCIe card and I had no troubles at all getting an RMA and full refund for my own mistake. Overall, I had no troubles at all with all my orders."
