"never buy anything from this unprofessional organization. period. i ordered my mobo from this "web business", if you want to call it that, OVER A WEEK AGO. the day after i odered it i was notified that it has been shipped. this was 6 days ago - and i ordered the standard 3 day ground shipping. they provide no way of tracking the package through UPS. they DO NOT answer emails. they DO NOT have a number listed on the website to call. this site is worse than buying off of ebay in my opinion."
"I placed an order on PC-Cargo's site for a Radeon Video Card after seeing the price and seeing that the item was in-stock. The price seemed great but my order was placed last Wednesday night and now it is Saturday and the order status listed on the website is still "payment pending"! I placed this order with the intentions of receiving it today by using 2nd day air and now my credit card payment has been authorized but for some reason it is taking at least 3 days to process my payment! I checked all the information I entered in and there should be no reason for this kind of delay.
Also, my advice is beware of sites with phone number's that don't work. There are no phone numbers listed on the site and the phone numbers that I did find in searching through Google did not work. I just wanted to reach a human being to talk to since the two emails I sent to their sales and customer service department have not been responded to.
I feel like they have a purposeful strategy to not list phone numbers so they can pick and chose when and which orders they should process on their time and not on the customers expectations. So, I am currently stuck in a tough spot since I needed the video card today so if I go out to the local Best Buy to buy it I will pay more and when and if I do receive the ordered card from PC-Cargo I will be out $14 shipping for choosing 2nd Day Air delivery and then out the cost to ship back and then out 15% of the cost of the original order for re-stocking fees of PC-Cargo! Needless to say, I am not a satisfied customer."
"Currently I am left with some questions.
1. Why can't I view my order status? (When I try it says No Order History)
2. How come my email is left unanswered?
3.How come now when I look on the website the MGE Vortec 600w Power Supply I purchased is no where to be found?
4. What is the holdup with my order? I ordered from 2 other sites and my purchased products are already on the way.
5. If the product that I was charged for was not in stock even though your website says it was, why haven't I been informed?
With those questions/concerns being unanswered I am left to come to my own conclusions.
1. The product I ordered was not in stock but I was charged anyway.
2. The website needs some work in the customer service area.
3. Speed is key, they are slow based on my experience.
4 When a customer purchases, we got the money already so lets just take our time, forget about the customer, he/she can wait and also have no further updates on the status.
Update:
I'm going to keep this short and sweet. My Order never went through because of a problem verifying my address, however, the receipt I recieved from PC-Cargo shows my correct address, what gives?
Here is my conlusion, My Order went through fine and my address was verified to be correct. PC-Cargo realized my order was not in stock (Even though @ the time the website had it showing as in stock) and threw that lame excuse about address verification. To further my point, the 2nd day after I had ordered my product, it was no where to be found on the website anymore. As if PC-Cargo had discontinued selling it, to this day my item is still MIA on the website."
"purchase went fine. However, the video card doesn't work for Battlefield 2 as well as I had hoped, so I am trying to exchange it and upgrade to a better one. I've called and left messages with PC-Cargo's customer service ***-***-****) on Monday, with no call back, Tuesday with no call back, I sent emails to their customer service as well on each of those days with no response, Tried calling on Wednesday, the number is disconnected, no response to emails that day either, now it's Thursday.. still no responses to any of my emails, no return phone calls, and their number is still disconnected. "I have left messages for them to call me all day. The memory I received from you and Mushkin is labeled 512MB but it is only 256MB, Since their website deceived me 1st of all it was suppose to be free shipping, shipped me a 256MB instead of 512MB (I build systems for living so I know the difference) and they don't really have anyone to answer phones but an answering service, I have submitted a complaint with my credit card company. Until I hear from them on these issues soon or get a refund plus the shipping charges, I will keep the memory and the complaint with my credit card company. If they can send me a new memory from mushkin that is 512MB and pay for the shipping the 512MB to me plus the shipping cost to return the 256MB back to them. I will drop the litigation with my credit card company against pc-cargo. If the credit card company stops my payment to them, they will now know why.My next step will be BBB and ebay if I don't hear from them.

"Awful!!! Order placed on 28th of August. Numerous emails sent to business. Response time was over 1-2 days. Charged my credit card then did not ship my order ever. After I sent several more emails and called their answering service my money has hopefully been refunded or at least they say it has been,although it has yet to hit my acct. "At first I was reluctant in purchasing from this company, but Im glad I did. I purchased a laptop from PC Cargo and received nothing but excellent service from start to finish. I placed my order with Don from PC Cargo and he was probably customer service ive had in years. The price of the laptop was $400 cheaper then what I could find. Was updated promptly with order and shipping information. And before I even noticed that UPS delayed shipping, PC Cargo notifed me and took care of the problem.
