"So far not so good. Ordered a few packs of computer screws. Never got an order confirmation email with order number, they don't respond to emails, AND my credit card has been charged. I'll update if/when anything changes.
UPDATE, June 13:
Sent another email to customer service and they responded fast and claimed to have emailed my shipping confirmation, but I never got it. They resent it and they say my item is on the way. I'll update when I receive it.
