"Bad experience... too bad. I made one first transaction (one PlayStation Network Card) for 13 usd and it went well, 3 days ago. Then, I made other transaction (one PlayStation Network Card, again) for 56.99 usd, but the transaction went bad and got errors ...so, the message said that the transaction was canceled and reversed and that nothing was charged to my CC, but that was not true because my account got a charge for 56.99 usd. After that, I tried again and got errors again and then my CC account was charged again with 56.9 usd (just today).

I tried to contact support, but they only said me that the return of the money 56.99 x 2 (usd) is managed by my bank and they have nothing to do now ... that it could be took like 3 or 5 days. I called my bank security support services and they told me that the return of the money once some transaction has been canceled or reverted must be immediate.
