After the purchase you directed me to download the game from this Origin Platform. Which actually doesn't works, or didn't at the weekend. It was having major problems with its data base, then it was impossible for me to register or login, as everytime it gave system errors. That was very frustrating as I was hours trying to.
Therefore, the weekend went by and I didn't got to play. You know the weekend is when a lot of us play right? It wouldn't hurt if you have live attention for this kind of cases.
Your reply when i aksed for support was also disappointing. Somebody told me maybe my computer didn't meet the system requirements for Origin. Hilarious. If you would know which computer I have, you'll realize that's just silly. Not the point though. Support was just deficient and your people seem to have no idea about what's happening.
The whole process overall is a nonsense and complicated. I have bought downloads from other places where you buy it and you download it without having to stress out downloading other stuff. And of couse I have downloaded from sites with download managers, but in this case it has nothing to do with what you send me.
Not only I had problems with this download, I realized I did buy something from you in the past. Maybe this game, dunno.. I had the idea I bought it once. I saw my order paid there. Though you didn't allowed me to see what that order was. How silly is that? It's my order and it was from february so.. if it was in 2007 I would understand
