After writing this review the company contacted me and apologized for the mess-up. I was really impressed with that and would like to encourage people to not give up on the company even in a mix-up. Sometimes it takes going through a couple channels but if you are honest, voice out your concern, and give legitimate information/complaints, I have found that PC Game Suppl is willing to work and correct misunderstandings.

After doing all of the registration and security steps to prove my identity, I was able to successfully order one item from this company. I got this item as a gift for my wife. A week later I tried to get one for myself and I got my order cancelled by their company with no reason. I tried with my other cards to order all to no avail. I emailed for support and the "Customer Support Manager" told me I was a "High Risk" Buyer. However, she would not tell me why I was. I paid by direct transfer through Pay-Pal, so no problems should have occurred. The company was completely unhelpful and not willing to work with me at all. I would not recommend using this company to anyone merely for the poor customer support and unwillingness to work with their customers.
