"Ordered two AMD XP-2000 processors for some older motherboards. Great price. Shipping was not out of line. Shipped the same day (Friday) package arrived Monday. Paid $1 each to have each CPU tested.

Only drawback is no email notification of order and no tracking information sent.

However would order again!

"Bought an AMD Athlon XP 3200+ CPU from this merchant recently. The CPU was defective (good ol' AMD JPG/MPG corruption issue seems to have come back in the XP 3200 procs), so I got an RMA and sent it back to PC Loft for replacement. PC Loft actually went through the trouble to test the rest of their XP 3200 CPUs they had in stock to make sure they did not have this defect. It turned out that ALL of their 3200s had this same defect, so they had to wait until after 1/1/05 to receive replacements from AMD. Being unable to fill my order, they refunded my purchase price and all shipping charges.

Not a happy ending for me, but PC Loft did about everything they could to make sure this turned out positively for me. I was impressed by their customer service and technical support and will definitely buy from them again. I hope they do well because there are a lot of vendors on Pricewatch that don't try even half as hard as PC Loft.
