Well, the great service I had gotten after the sale must of been their first efforts at getting the business rolling. All good things must come to an end. The laptop is dead, still under their blanket warranty and I can't get anyone to answer the phone or respond to emails. Buyers beware. "PC MicroWorks has been on the ball with my computer purchase ever since I called them a few weeks prior to the actual purchase to ask questions. They spent a good deal of time with me on the phone, and they really seemed to know their product quite well. I was able to put 8GB of RAM into my Nexium desktop, and no other company was offering this when I was shopping around. My new system has been working great for several months now, and I have already used the diamond warranty plan to upgrade my video card from the 7950gx2 to dual 8800gtx cards. With the warranty I was able to get trade-in credit on my exiting card and wholesale cost on the new ones which were overnighted to me with a return shipping carton for the old card!
