"Ordered a 510 deluxe power supply and 4 cpu coolers. I went to check their web site two days after order was placed to track the order. I followed the instructions to select the shipping mode and then to enter the order number. The result was "Not found No scan record for the following shipments has been received by our system yet". So, I sent an e-mail to customer support requesting a tracking number. The response was a very unpersonal e-mail response, this is the exact text, "Track it from our website using your order#". Well heck I already had tried that (they obviously did not or they would have received the same response). So, I retried tracking from their site and pasted the results I received from the FEDEX tracking site and asked "so now what". Again a very unpersonal response of (exact context) "We entered the incorrect order number. Your actual fedex trackin# is: xxxx xxxx xxxx xxx no spaces". I thought to myself, "Wow not even an apology". These might be some of the better power supplies as some have reported, but I'll never do business with this faceless company again. At least one thing was positive here, the e-mails were all returned within 24 hours.

"Ordered a power supply via phone - power supply great, but I was charged shipping when the website said it was free. Contacted the vendor and was told I was charged shipping because I didn't use the web ordering. Website does not mention this at all - just a wee bit deceptive, if you ask me. "I hand-built a gaming box with a 450W PSU with all the bling-bling, but I ended up with confusing spontaneous reboots during periods of even moderate loads. Unrealistic wattage claims aside, it was the amps being delivered on the +12V rail that was inadequate for my rig's gear. The Turbo Cool 510 ATX Deluxe gives me 34 amps on the +12V rail, and I have had NO spontaneous reboots under heavy loads since swapping out the other PSU for this one this past weekend. I was happy with the ordering process -- was notified of a backorder situation immediately and given a choice of cancelling or accepting the wait. I was happy with the shipping time (four days total from CA to GA), the quality of the packaging, and the condition of the product on arrival. Lastly, I am overjoyed that the product fixed the problem I was having. I expect that the next custom gaming box I build will definitely have a PCP&C PSU in it."
"Recently ordered a TurboCool 510 Deluxe for a very hefty price from PC-P&C, and despite the cost I am 100% satisfied with their product and service.
Item was shipped double boxed for extra safety and arrived right on time. Customer service over the phone was excellent.
The good news for all of you out there wishing to buy this PSU is that they will soon be able to drop the price on it when they change their manufacturing process (I was told this by a rep over the phone). I couldn't wait though so I had to pay the new-product premium.

For some reason, I couldn't place an order directly from the website, so I called up and made the order. The first good thing I can say about this company was that I could actually get through to them on the phone!! (which I can't say for some other online vendors)
The first time I placed an order, they messed it up. For some reason it didn't go through , even though I made it over the phone with a representative.
I happened to learn this, when I called back the next day to get a tracking number. I have no idea why it didn't go through, but I ended up having to order again.
Now, I do have to commend them on the way they handled this situation. I spoke to another rep, who was nice enough to realize they had made a mistake, and she upgraded my shipping from "ground" to "2-day air" free of charge:)
I know there are a lot of vendors out there who would have just taken my order again, and not changed a darn thing.
So, even though my order was at first messed, up, they handled the situation VERY well.
I got my power supply quickly, probably quicker than I would have had my original "ground shipped " order gone through.
I was very impressed with their service. This was the first time I placed an order from them, and would definately do it again based on my experience.

I bought their 400 watt silencer power supply, and it lives up to the name. With 300 watts on the 3.3+5 combined rail, you can't find another supply that tops it in terms of regulation and stability. "Ordered mid-tower case and optional hard drive cage. The case arrived in good shape due to excellent packing, but the cage arrived in a beaten-up box and was slightly bent. I was able to re-bend it back so I could still use it. This was my second order (the first one arrived in perfect condition). Of the two items in this order, I am glad it was the cage and not the case that was damaged. I am very happy with the quality of this company's products."
