"The UI doesn't allow you to pick your local store and kept changing my selections from delivery to pick up. The pick up location was no where near my area. Took way too long to purchase items online and ended up cancelling some of my selections as I could only pick up at a store in another state.

Customer service also had problems using the interface and one the order was placed, instead being able to pick up 1.5 miles from my home, PC Richards had a transport deliver which was a 3 hour drive each way. Not a good use of resources."
