The ordering process was straight forward. My order could not be completely filled in one shipment, so it was separated into multiple invoices. When the last of those invoices arrived I found that it was short by one item. Their website shows that I was invoiced for three items instead of the four I ordered, but no one contacted me to explain what was happening with the remaining item.

I have contacted customer service to try and clear up the situation. Ideally they would have notified me or added another invoice to their website's order information, so that I would know what was happening.

I tried ordering the same part from another vendor, at a higher price (only because it was reported as out of stock at pcsuperstore.com). The other vendor accepted the order, billed my credit card, and later refunded the same amount due to an inventory error (at least they had the sense to tell me that).
