when I was directed back to the store, they were very acommodating and shipped a replacement without any hassles via UPS. The order was received in a couple of days and the product works fine.

Problems occur from time to time in any business and we should judge how they handle these problems.

This particular problem was handled very well and I would definetly shop there again in the future. "
