I placed my order on a Wednesday, they shipped from a local warehouse on Thursday, and my item arrived on Friday. Amazing that I can get free shipping and still have my item in less than 48 hours!

So far, so good... best price, free shipping, and fast shipping... now what about customer service? Since I never heard of them before this order, I called their 800 number to check on the warehouse location. They are extremely polite, professional, and genuinely happy to help you. They did not yet have my order in their system but instructed me to call back at 4 pm. I did, and they were able to tell me which warehouse was used and that my order had already shipped exactly as they promised.
