"Very negative experience. I bought a refurbished laptop. First they sent me (after several days) a cheaper, older model than the one I ordered, which was barely functional. They were extremely rude when I phoned and a technician spent ten minutes arguing with me, lying to me that the one they sent me was a better model (although it had less processing power, less upgradeability, was 1kg heavier and bulkier). When I insisted, I had to PAY to return it by insured post so they would send me the one I bought in the first place. Service was slow and very rude. I had to phone daily for four or five days before they sent me the replacement. Machine in the end is functional, but not worth the price I paid (including the extra postage costs). Save yourself time and money and a bad experience. Don't go near these con artists."
