I ordered a drive and iRock external USB case from mWave. The iRock case included a $29.95 rebate - the full price of the case from mWave. The rebate didn't arrive. PCUSAcorp.com actually posted the rebate and rebate form. I called them after 12 weeks. They said that they were behind in processing rebates - mine was approved and I could expect it in a few days. Nothing arrived. after playing this game a few more times I called the regional BBB, above and received the rebate within 2 weeks. The BBB noted that they had 294 complaints for rebates and that all but 4 were resolved. Go for it. By the way, after my inquiries with iRock - PCUSAcorp were ignored, I also first called mWave, to see if they could help put pressure on the scammers. MWave refused to get involved at all, and actually hung up on me when I asked to be transferred to a higher level and after telling me that directors and owners don't talk to customers - avoid mWave as well - they have special rebate deals with PCUSAcorp, available nowhere else - but will not help, period."

"Confirmation code for rebate, promised three times since December 5 2005, now June 2,2006. Promised the rebate upon three occasions (emails) from Larry. After filing complaints with the LA BBB and the FTC they finally have processed the check acording to the BBB. I have yet to recieve it but am hopeful. Beware of Rebates with this company."

I called ***-***-**** and spoke with Larry, Rebate Dept Mgr, and Steve, Gen Mgr, and both were quite contrite, aggressive and could-give-a crap that I asked for 30 days from delivery date.
